At WatchPlaza, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of every product we offer. That’s why we provide a clear and honest warranty on all genuine watch parts, accessories, and timepieces purchased through our store.

✔ 12-Month Warranty on All Original Watch Parts

All original (OEM) Seiko parts and other branded components purchased from WatchPlaza come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that are not the result of misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or wear and tear.

✔ 24-Month Warranty on Genuine Branded Watches

All genuine watches from official brands (such as Casio, Fossil, Festina, and others) are sold with a minimum 24-month manufacturer’s warranty on the movement / caliber.
This warranty is provided by the brand itself and covers all manufacturing defects under normal use.

You will receive a valid warranty card or certificate of guarantee with your watch, and in most cases, this warranty is valid worldwide at any authorized service center of the respective brand.


What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship

  • Functional failure of the part or timepiece under normal conditions

  • Warranty applies only to genuine products purchased from WatchPlaza

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage due to improper installation, modification, or accidents

  • Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., scratches on the case or glass)

  • Water damage (unless the item is rated and used within the specified limits)

  • Issues caused by third-party servicing or unauthorized repairs


Proof of Authenticity Required

To make a warranty claim, the part or watch must be verifiably purchased from Watch Plaza. In some cases, we may require:

  • The original order number

  • Photos or video of the issue

  • Return of the defective item for inspection

We reserve the right to verify authenticity and determine eligibility for a warranty replacement or refund.
