How to Track My Order

📦 How to Track My Order at WatchPlaza

Tracking your order is simple and fast. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Here's how to follow your shipment:


🔍 Step-by-Step: Track Your Order

  1. Check Your Email
    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, a second email will follow with tracking details.

  2. Click the Tracking Link
    In the shipping confirmation email, you'll find a clickable link that takes you directly to the tracking page of the shipping carrier.

  3. Track via Your Account (if you created one)

    • Log into your WatchPlaza account

    • Go to My Orders

    • Click View Order → Then click the tracking number.

  4. Didn't Receive a Tracking Email?
    Check your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? Contact our customer support with your order number.


✈️ Which Carriers Do You Use?

Depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout, we ship with:

  • DHL Globalmail (Deutsche Post)

  • DHL Express

  • Local Post couriers (USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, Correos, Poste italiane etc.) 

  • PostNL

You can track your order using the carrier’s official tracking site or via the link we provide.

🕒 When Will I See Updates?

  • Tracking updates may take 0–48 hours to appear after shipping.

  • Standard international shipments (DHL Globalmail) may update less frequently than DHL Express services.

  • Some packages may only show an update once they reach your country.


❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I only see “Shipment Created” – is my order on the way?
A: Yes. This means we’ve processed and handed over your parcel to the carrier. Tracking will update once it enters the postal network.

Q: My tracking hasn’t updated in several days. What now?
A: Some international shipments may show fewer updates. If your parcel hasn’t moved for more than 10 days, please contact us.

Q: I lost my tracking number. Can you resend it?
A: Of course! Just email us, and we’ll resend your shipping info.

Q: My package is marked delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
A: Please check your mailbox, reception, local post office or neighbors. If it’s still missing after 1 business day, contact us so we can open an inquiry.
